1.2. The service “TopAppsNow” is a guide to applications, sorted into ten categories across iOS, Android and desktop, with a paid membership that opens the full library.

1.3. The order and the billing take place on the sign up page, and are governed by the conditions shown there.

2. Who may subscribe

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

2.2. You must be the holder of the card used for the payment, or have the cardholder's permission.

2.3. The membership is intended for personal, non commercial use.

3. Trial, price and payment

3.1. The membership starts with a trial for $1.95.

3.2. The trial length and the first renewal date are shown in full on the sign up page before confirmation.

3.3. After the trial the membership continues at $40.00 per month, charged to the card provided, and renews automatically until it is cancelled.

3.4. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

3.5. Data charged by your internet provider is not included and remains your own responsibility.

4. Cancelling

4.1. The membership can be cancelled at any time.

4.2. Cancelling stops all future charges; it does not refund a period that has already been billed.

4.3. Refund requests are handled by the provider of the service. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

5. What the service is

5.1. The service provides written guides and comparisons about applications.

5.2. The service does not host, distribute or sell the applications described.

5.3. Application names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The service is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.

6. Accuracy of the content

6.1. Guides describe applications as they were at the time of writing. Features, prices and availability set by the application owner can change at any time.

6.2. The guides are informational. Any decision to install or pay for a third party application remains your own.

7. Availability and changes

7.1. The provider aims for reasonable availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation.

7.2. Parts of the service can be added, changed or discontinued for technical, legal or commercial reasons.

8. Liability
